And being able to choose which zones to use for beds or propagation has been solid. You will have different amounts of time during the day to do things, different watering needs, different spacing needs etc. You are going to have different needs and wants if you are playing more propagator vs garden beds. I can use them to tailor my run and they actually play differently. While this update didn't solve that, I found that the upgrades have been helpful.

One of my bigger complaints with atomicrops was how many runs can feel the same. The addition of the upgrading seeds has been positive for me. Now just having mostly 4 separate crops (plus pumpkins, sunflowers, trees) is not just simpler, but I don't feel depth loss. Trying to get 4 to plant to grow bigger with so many crops left a lot of empty holes with wanting a multiple of 4 of each number. Before there were a bunch of different crops, but being honest as someone going up in the years and playing a good amount around 6 or 7, keeping them all straight and choosing which ones to plant was an annoying practice in memory.
